I'm trying to publish mapping on cloud, but getting: Failed to generate custom agr. Reason is: Server responds: An error occurred while generating an agreement: Inbound Schema is not valid

Please check the Encoding of the input XSD document, set that to UTF-16 BE BOM using notepad++, and try again.
I've checked this and it's already UTF-16. I ended up copying a working mapping and edit it
