PR00 flag disappearing under PR160

We have 2 independent process levels. We run PR140 for each process level with the process level field = to the particular independent process level. These PR140 jobs are run at different times by various staff. The PR160 jobs are run with process level and override bank code fields completed.

PR140 and PR160 are run for process level A. PR00 shows asterisks for both jobs for process level A on Tuesday.

PR140 and PR160 are run for process level B. PR00 shows asterisks for both jobs for process level B on Wednesday Morning.

PR197 is run for process level A on Tuesday. PR00 shows asterisks for both jobs.

PR00 for process level B does not show asterisk under PR160 on Wednesday afterrnoon.

The PR00 screen is not being manually updated. We can't determine how the asterisk under PR160 for process level B disappears. So far the only suggestion from Infor has been someone updating the PR00 manually.

I have found when the asterisk disappears from the PR00 it means that someone has "touched" a time record for that process level. For example, someone could have created a manual check for that process level, or done something to a record for that process level in PR36.
