Employment Verifications and Unemployment Wage Requests

Our current processes are painfully manual for employment verifications and responses to unemployment claims - would anyone be willing to share how you may have automated even pieces of these types of requests for data? Thanks in advance!

We outsourced it all to Talx "The Work Number," recently bought out by Equifax and is now Equifax Workforce Solutions.

For employment verifications I created a letter in Crystal Reports and published it in LBI so our HR Assistants up front can easily handle those requests by just putting in the employee number and the letter pre-populates with the employees pay rate, hire date and position.
