In GHR, we utilize ESS for name changes. When an EE submits their name change request, they are required to attach a document for proof (i.e. new SSC). After the action is approved, the attachment is no longer showing up on the Change Name request form and the attachment is not saved under Personal Information like other some other attachments are.
We were able to locate the files under EMailMessageAttachment business class, but some of the files cannot be opened while others can (which we can't figure out the rhyme or reason behind).
Has anyone ran into this issue? If so, how did you resolve this? OR if you have not had this issue, how are you able to locate the attachments and ensure they are saved to the employee's record?
For reference, we are ST Environment and utilize the approval process within Infor for a Name Change and do not utilize an IPA.
