Goals and Performance question

Hello,

I'm not sure this is the correct community, but I didn't find one for Goals and Performance. I'm trying to create mass goals but keep getting an error message, goal category does not exist. Is there anyone here familiar with Infor Goals and Performance?

Hi Abbie,

While you may already have all your Goal Categories configured in the setup, an error may still be prompted when the specific Goal Category you have selected on the mass goal is not associated with the specific Goal Year you have selected on the mass goal (or any goal you are trying to create). I would look into the setup for the Goal Year record in question and click on the Goal Categories sub-tab within that screen. If the Goal Category is missing from the list, you can attach it using the Add/Create action. I believe you can also use the multi-select button to attach multiple categories at once.
