Gross Proffit Report

Thought I would try here and see if any one has any ideas. We are trying to take the Gross profit Report and move it into excel. Currently we use Gupta to veiw it and then we also do a .csv to veiw it in excel. When we do this is leaves out the ship quantities. The ship quanties are brought into the report via an extended query. So I am trying to replicate it in Access and have found a few tables noted by infor but when i run it it forms duplicates. I have tossed this around in VMFG and it seems to be no solution in sight. Has anyone have any ideas? The end result would be just to import it to excel with ship quanties.

I've got a crystal report that shows gross profit, but have no ideas on getting the extended query values to show for your csv.
