Visualizer: User sees Dimension data but not Measures

In Visualizer we have some users who can see dimension data in a custom report, but when a measure is added, or if it is the only object in the report, no data is returned. Another user can see all of the data in Visualizer.

User 1 who can see all data is the Space Owner. User 2 who can only see dimension data is Space Admin. User 2 is a member of several groups in the Consumer space that have almost all the permissions turned on. The ones that are not enabled are not relevant (Disable "Copy Dashboards & Reports" and Disable Filter Edit Access).

I've tried several things to determine what permissions are missing for User 2. I even made User 2 the Space Owner to see if that provided a permission that I didn't know about but User 2, now the Space Owner, was still unable to view measure data while User 1, now a Space Admin, was still able to view all of the data.

Has anyone encountered this before and, if so, can you point me in the direction of where I should be looking to change settings to fix this?

Initially, it seemed like you were describing a situation where row-level security had been applied to the fact table. Row-level security is never applicable to the space owner, so it would make sense that User 1 would see it but User 2 could not. However, if you changed the owner and it's still an issue for User 2, I'm thinking they may have a cache issue. They should clear their browser cache and try again. If it's still a problem, I suggest opening a ticket with Infor support.

I cleared the browser cache completely. Nothing was omitted. Logged back in and still got the same results.

I already have a ticket with Infor but they've been of no help so far, so I was casting a wider net hoping someone might have an idea of how to address this.

Thank you for your advice. It provides more information to pass along to Infor to ensure they are focusing on the right issue.

Since you mentioned Consumer space, is the measure referenced from a package and/or Network BI and have you confirmed the object is associated with the correct group subsequently the user is associated to the group?

You mentioned User 2 is in several space groups, Have you tried these-

Remove User2 from all the space groups and account groups if any.
If you are using M3Analytics -Remove all the space groups related security roles from user management in ming.le for User2.
Then add M3A related administrator security role only to the user2, this will add user to Admin space group in M3A.
If not add manually from the space.
Clear cache, re-login and check if there is any difference.

Another spot to check, in conjunction with and per Victoria @ TFSI1 suggestion, the Space Management/Security Fitlers/Space Group Exceptions assignment. Is User 1 assigned to an exception group whereas User 2 is not (and may need to be)?

We don't have any security filters or exception groups set up. So in that respect all logins are the same.

I'll check and see if there's anything in Mingle for these accounts but we are using a direct Birst login, not via Mingle, to get to the dashboards. Our Birst Admin account doesn't have a corresponding Mingle account, as far as I can determine. I've put a question in to our support people for Mingle to make sure I'm not mistaken.

Yes, the measures in question are in the package and is associated with groups that the users are also a part of. I've tried to eliminate as many differences as possible so as to find the common denominator necessary to gain access for all of the accounts.
