Did you know that you can set up mobile access to HR Knowledgebase and HR Case Management?
The Mobile Solution is a browser-based tool for mobile devices that support HTML 5 (e.g., Android, iOS). It is intended to be used in the user’s mobile device's browser.
The Mobile Solution is for HRSD sites with:
- HR Knowledgebase only
- HR Case Management only
- Both HR Knowledgebase and HR Case Management
It allows users to:
- Access HR Knowledgebase documents
- Create a case through HR Case Management Ask HR
The Mobile Profile Widget (a.k.a. mobile access widget)
To enable access to the HRSD site on a mobile device, use the Mobile Profile widget on the Home page.

Setup Overview
On the HRSD site’s Home page, the user clicks on the Mobile Profile widget to initiate the mobile access (account) setup process.
Via a mobile device, the user completes the setup process and logs into the HRSD site.
Setup prerequisites include:
- Access to a computer with Internet access
- Knowledgebase site login credentials
- Mobile device with internet access
- Email account setup on the mobile device

Note:
As the mobile solution is used solely to extend some of the capabilities of the main HRSD portal (site), it should always be perceived as an extension of the portal rather than its mirror mobile equivalent.
