F-1 Visa Setup for students from other countries

Does anyone have any info on how to setup these employees who are on an F-1 Visa so there is not a lot of hoops to jump through when running payroll? If not, how do any of you handle these situations?

We have done it 2 different ways. We have disabled SS and Medicare on PR13.7 and we have gone into PR14 and removed all cycles for these deductions. PR14 we have utilized if their F-1 status was missed and have to reimburse their taxes that were withheld prior to disabling these taxes. The practice has been to disable these taxes on PR13.7. This is the same process we have for our Sisters and Fathers that have taken a vow of poverty.
We also, when balancing our PR140, take these into account as they will cause our Medicare and Federal wage reconciliation to appear off.
