Enhancement Request (ER) 90139: Remove Save As Draft Button

Description: We would like the ability for customers to turn off the "Save As Draft" feature. We would want the ability to set it system-wide, but it might be good to have the option to turn it off by action and by role as well.
Work Around: (Blank)
Proposed Solution: When we turn it off, we would like it fully removed (hidden) not greyed out so users still see it.

"Agreed. This button is not useful to most of our users. It is almost exclusively used in error.
Agreed greying out is not sufficient...we must maintain a clean UI.
For those that use this feature, it may be beneficial to enable this as a configurable feature by role."
