The following describes new release highlights for users of Infor OS Customer Central:
- Create Enhancement from the Infor OS menu: Concierge users will be able to create an enhancement request without being inside of customer central. They will be able to create an enhancement request wherever they are within Infor OS.

- Create Enhancement – Screen Recording: Concierge users will be able to capture a video of an incident or enhancement idea to attach to enhancement request tickets wherever they are in Infor OS.

- Notifications – Announcements: Concierge users will be able to view notifications from customer central that will notify them of upcoming important changes on relevant products they use
