PO135 running very long in 10.0.6

Any other customers experiencing unusual long running times with PO135 in Lawson v10.0.6? In 10.0.5, our PO135 ran in 90 minutes. Once we applied MSP6, the PO135 run time jumped to 9 1/2 hours. Looking for some help to see if anyone else has experienced a problem in MSP6.
