Using a camera for pictures in FT?

Hi,

Has anyone ever tried to use an Android device camera with the web version of FactoryTrack? One of our business processes is to take photos of pallets as they leave the building and we use microsoft forms to do captures and logging. It would be great if we could do that same thing in FT.

I assume I need some sort of user control but have never done that before. Wondering if anyone has attempted this?

Sounds very similar to what I did, take a look at this video and let me know if that is what you are looking for. I know this works on an apple device, I would assume it would work also in android.

Thanks Caitlin. Very interesting! It looks like what I need. The only thing I am not sure of is getting that upload window to appear in mongoose. Is there a framework control for that or is it a user component somewhere. Thanks!

Hmmm...I've attached this event to a button but its not doing anything. Am I missing something? I tried in FT as well as Syteline. Mongoose 2022.06.
