Saved Search Feedback

As discussed during the Infor Landmark Embedded Reporting Focus Group's meeting on October 31, 2022, if you turn on the upcoming Saved Search feature to try it out, please post any feedback here to the Infor Landmark Embedded Reporting Community site.

We did turn on the saved search feature in our TRN environment and it was very positive for our Talent Acquisition recruiters and managers especially! They liked getting to use multiple saved searches instead of having to mess with personalization all of the time since that can be too technical for some users.

When is this feature planned to be rolled out as standard? Or will it always be turned on through configurable security roles?

The managers wanted to use it for their GHR reports, and they also like to use it for the requisition menu as there are several manager/directors that oversee quite a few requisitions at the same time with different departments/org units. Recruiters found it most beneficial for filtering through several TA dashboards to accomplish tasks faster without having to re-do filters all the time. Our clinical recruiter for example has 80+ requisitions that she manages and would love to be able to save searches to stay organized easier with her workload. We definitely are looking forward to being able to use Saved Searches when available!

The feature will be officially "GA" with the April release.

The feature will continue to be OFF and you can enable per Role using Configurable Features.
