Hello.
When using the Request Update to Position and the WA Synchronization is disabled (Administrator>Setup>Organization>Configuration Tab>Global HR Feature Section>Work Assignment Synchronization), our expectation is that it will not cascade over to the employee's work assignment.
Updated Fields:
HR Org Unit (Set to Default with Override) - WA updated
Shift (Set to Default with Override) - WA updated
Finance Dimension 1 (Set to No Default) - WA did not update
If this is working as designed, is there a workaround when clients did not want the fields to update the WA?
