Did you know about the Onboarding Console widgets?
Monitor your Onboarding tour takers' progress at-a-glance via the Onboarding Console widgets on the Home page.
Use them for:
- Onboarding tours
- Preboarding tours
- Offboarding tours
Use them to:
- See which assigned employees have begun the tour(s)
- Note which tour(s) employees are taking
- Observe current tour takers' progress
How They Work
The Onboarding Console widgets are dynamic widgets (applications).
When a user accesses the first step of an Onboarding tour, an entry appears in the Onboarding Console widget as follows:
- Name column: displays the tour takers' names
- Tour column: displays the name(s) of the tour(s)
- Progress column: displays the total number of steps in the tour(s) and number of the steps that tour takers have completed
Clicking on the tour taker's name directs users to the employee's record in the corresponding console.
Onboarding Console Widget Types
There are two types:
Onboarding Manager Console widget
Provides Onboarding managers with information about the Onboarding tour status of their direct reports. Managers can click on an employee’s name to open the employee record in the Manager Console.
Onboarding Recruiter Console widget
Provides Onboarding recruiters with information about the progress of tours taken by employees they recruited. Recruiters can click on an employee’s name to open the employee record in the Recruiter Console.
Features
The Onboarding Console widgets include the following features.
- Widget name: the customer can define the Onboarding Console widgets’ names or use the default names.
- Introductory text (optional)
