Supressing DAta in a Band

Hi,

I have a long record that we are wrapping 2 columns into lines within the Band (Prepaid Freight and Allowances).  The business would like the line (such as Allowance) that has 0 to not display as it wastes space on the report.  I have tried adding the filter to supress if that is = 0, but then it supresses the entire line..not just that line in the report. Any suggestions?

Hi TD, Please check 'conditional display' feature. Search Birst help for detailed explanation on how to use it.

Not sure if it would work on label, as in your case allowance label would act as place holder for that particular row and would display in the report irrespective of it has data or not.
