Sync.Personnel based on Trigger

Hello to all,

I'm assuming the screenshot below is the correct place to setup the triggers for the BOD Sync.Personnel. Unfortunately I'm not receiving any document in ION. Am I missing something?

If you have Documentation regarding how to trigger BODs in HCM it will be appreciate it.

You have to enable in Administrator>Interface>Setup the BODs trigger. Then Sync personnel will be generated for Employee related changes.

Depending on where you are sending the data then you will also want to look at your ion script for that template to make sure the script is pulling that field and if the data is being sent elsewhere as a csv or anything then you will want to look at that document to make sure it’s also able to read the fields pulled in the script in order to write the field data to your output.
I say this because we use it to do an employee export that takes that data and creates a csv file for our Active Directory. But I do believe at the minimum you will want to look at that template in BOD setup for Employee. I can send a screenshot of that page if needed

Hi Noe,
I want to have it in ION as a BOD (or any format). If you know M3, it's the same thing that I would like to have. Based on an event/trigger the BOD is sent from HCM to ION.
Any screenshot is welcomed

Hi Sethu,

I added a record but this threw an error when I changed data in the Employee. Most probable I did something wrong. Can you please share me the correct documentation for this topic? I'm not very familiar with HCM.

Do you have access to Interfaces from "Administrator > Utilities > Interfaces > Business Object Documents > BOD Auditing" ?
I think l had this, but now it's not longer here.

one thing i noticed is i show a logical ID configured in that bod document. i noticed you do not have anything there. this is what i show but you might check depending on if you are east or west or a variation of the following - lid://infor.lawson-ghr.ghr110-prod-useast1:ims
