How are you managing file transfers to external sites in the MultiTenant Environment?

We are moving to MultiTenant CloudSuite from a SingleTenant Cloud Environment.

In our current environment, we use Awxay to pick up files and move them to external vendors, banks, and to our other internal applications. We could continue with this approach but wanted to see what other Organizations are doing.

I've looked at both IPA and ION workflows so far and it's not clear to me how I should go about this if we choose to send files directly out of CloudSuite.

You setup an a file channel to kick off an IPA that transmits the file when it placed/generated on Infor SFTP. You could also accomplish something similar with ION Workflows but I prefer IPA, seems easier.

Thanks Jose - I'll have to take a look at that. Where are you setting up the SFTP connection information? I'm looking in the System Configuration section of Process Server Admin section and not quite sure where to set that up. Thanks for your help!

See: Process Server Administration > Administration > Channels Administrator > File Channels

Process Server Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > Create a configuration specific to each vendor. In that configuration, you'll go to the File Transfer tab and create a connection. Once that connection has been created, you'll reference that connection in your flow.
