Open enrollment FSA only - mid-year

Afternoon all !

Need some feedback..

For business reasons we need to have open enrollment for FSA only that will be effective 7/1/2015 till 12/31/2015.

We currently have Dependent & Health FSA's setup and working fine.

Has anyone had to do a mid-year open enrollment for FSA? If show how did you handle it?

Did you create new plans? Did you just manually do start and stop dates?

I have never done a true open enrollment for one plan so I'm trying to see what is a best business practice in this situation !
