My Organization Chart

The Supervisor Chart in "My Organization" under find a coworker shows duplicate employee under a manager. I tried running the rebuild maintenance utilities for Supervisor Chart and Reporting Relationship and still showing a duplicate employee (showing twice). Any idea why this is happening?

Check for Multiple workassignments, this is likely the issue.

The Employee doesn't have multiple workassignments. It is also showing myself twice under my manager the rest of the employees are good.

you may need to run a utility or 2 under rebuild maintenance (reporting relationship, actor organization unit, manager chart)
