When i refund a pretax deduction using pr140/pr80.4, taxable wages are not calculating and no tax are withheld.
What version of BSI are you on? TF11.i has an issue with pretax deductions.
Yes, we had to get a patch recently so this would work. Start a ticket and they would respond quickly.

This is interesting, what was the CTP number as I tried a couple last year and it did not fix the issue, but we also have negative supplemental wages we were putting in. Not sure if we have had issues with pre tax deductions. Seemed like neither Infor or BSI wanted to work with us to fix it.
I have an active ticket with BSI right now for this issue. We installed the CTP but it didn't fix the issue. I'll let you know if I hear from them, I ping them daily.
