Where in GHR do you assign the Federal Standard Occupation Codes? These are standard Federal Codes. Alaska has required employee reporting on them and in 2023 Washington will also be requiring this reporting. There are probably other states that I am not aware of. The reporting is from the Payroll side but we are looking to assign the code in GHR and then send it over to payroll for their reporting.
