While creating a new customer order on OIS300 M3 delivers a message warning, the warning mentions "At least one kit component is excluded from the list".
The Item sold is as KIT and there's a structure created with the purpose to discriminate the Item into many lower level Items that should be referenced in the Invoice corresponding prices.
On the Test enveironment earlier, we managed to create a process that worked properly. Then made a Copy of our production environment and lost the parameters, anyway, we have a guide and used it to follow the same parameters, but we are experiencing an error as you can check the attached print. Can anyone help solve this matter?
