ACA Offer Code Set up for Waive Plan

I have came across set up instructions from Infor that indicate the offer code on BN15.3 should be left blank for a waive plan. However, the system will not allow this field to be left blank, as we get an error stating field in required. Does anyone know what the appropriate offer code would be for a waive plan? Or is this a system issue, and it should be left blank? Thanks in advance for your help!

We put our priority and then WV in the Safe Harbor field so an offer is not required.

You may want to check out KB 1655392 - HRM Affordable Care Act Phases 1 & 2 CTP Information. It lists everything that has been released so far. According to that document, JT-842573 addresses this issue. Have you applied that one yet? The information on BN15.3 is as follows: Update BN15.3 to allow blank Safe Harbor Code on an ACA HL (Health) plan. System will now move the edit "Waive enroll will report 1095-C blank box 16; ok to cont". (JT-836743)

Do you have your priority set as 9999 for waive?

We currently have our settings:
Self Insured: Y
Priority:9999
Offer Code: (We have 1A for the time being)
Safe Harbor Code: WV

It will not allow me to delete the Offer Code and leave blank.

We have installed JT-842573, as of last night.

The priority and safe harbor code are working fine for us. I am curious as to what everyone has their "Offer Code" set to for the waive plan. This is where I am having issues.

We saw there was supposed to be a fix but we kept our configuration as we had it since it was working fine. We have two true waive plans that are set up as follows:
Waive 1
Self Insured N
Priority 999
Safe Harbor WV

Waive 2
Self Insured N
Priority 9999
Safe Harbor WV

Could it still be making you put an offer in because you have it as Self Insured?

I haven't run offers through our PROD yet, but our TEST set up worked correctly. We have:
Self Insured blank
Priority 9999
Offer blank
Safe Harbor WV

Thank you for all the responses. It will allow me to leave the self insured part blank and then leave the offer code blank.
