Can anyone tell me anything about the JobExport business class in GHR? When and how are records written to it? How are records in the business class being used by screens or processes?
Hi Mike, when you have the HRM Interface enabled for Jobs a creation or change to the record will appear in the export table. You can select one record or set up a schedule to export all records. The export can be used for several things ex: integration, reporting, processing validation, etc. You can look into Integration Maintenace > File Creation Utility to export records as well.
