Summary:Our company policy is to provide 3 times salary or 120,000 (which ever is higher for the employee) guarantee issue for supplemental life plans. The delivered Infor settings select the lower of the 2 fields for salary multiple and amount. We need the ability to select the higher of the 2 fields for salary multiple and amount.
Work Around: Created a custom evidence of insurability process.
Proposed Solution: Allow benefits administrators to select the higher of the salary multiple and amount fields.
