Did you know about the monthly updates for HRSD products?
We have exciting news about our new product direction; you will notice changes beginning this year regarding our products.
When do HRSD monthly updates occur?
On the third Saturday of each month, the following updates are applied:
- Application updates
- Bug fixes
- Security updates
- Server maintenance
For:
- Infor HR Case Management
- Infor HR Knowledgebase
How do I see these updates?
Option 1
1. Login to Concierge: https://concierge.infor.com
2. On the Concierge page, in the Welcome to Infor Concierge widget, click "KB Articles."

3. The Suggested KB Articles list appears. Scroll down and click “Infor Human Resources Service Delivery." The latest month and year appears in the link's text.

4. The month's support portal KB article appears. To view the updates completed for the month, click "Attachments."


Option 2
1. Login to Concierge: https://concierge.infor.com
2. At the top of the Concierge page, use the Search field to bring up one of the KB articles listed below.
- KB 2053495 (This is the MT Release Schedule)
- KB 2037604 (HRSD updates information)

3. In the search results window, click "Multi-Tenant Release Deployment Calendar."

4. The KB article's tab opens. Scroll down. Under Multi-Tenant Release Deployment Calendar, click "United States, East (us-east-1)."

5. The KB article's tab opens. Scroll down to the Product table and click "Infor HR Service Delivery, v11."

6. The KB article's tab opens. Under Description, click the desired month's link.

7. The KB article's tab opens. To view the updates completed for the month, click "Attachments."
