How to store a block of text to be displayed on IDM documents?

Lets say you have a block of text that reads something like this:

"Please note our standard conditions of business on the last page.
Delivery of goods only against the attached Standard Conditions of Business."

This block of text needs to be translated depending on output language. Is there a way to maintain this by language in M3, or is the only way to handle this buy conditioning each language in the template itself?

Hi Denis,

It's a long trip to get result.

Let's take an example on MMS480PF where you need to add a custom text block at the header level based on the OQCSCD field (country / language). Check that you are in the proper DIVI.

1) Define key group in CMS034. Double click F4 to list values. In this example, select MHDISH.OQCSCD

2) CMS036 - create text identity

Same for GB:

3) CMS038 - create link between text identity and key group. Nothing special to validate, simply create record and press ENTER

4) I have decided to create the custom text block at the "Document header" XML tag level in CMS006. As field OQCSCD id used to route the text bloc selection, i must add it as an element to the DOC_HEADER section

5) CMS033 - create the custom text block section. Choose a section number > 100

6) CMS006 - go to sections. Select DOC_HEADER record + opt 24 (add text block section).

You should end with something like this:

7) Test - now if i print a delivery note for a consignee whose country is FR, i get this text block in MNS270:

For GB country:
