We have employees who have a history of retirement deductions. As part of a year end process, if the employee does not meet the requirements, those deduction amounts are reversed, leaving the YTD $0. Standard PR297 processing will mark box 13 with an X because of the history on the retirement deduction. Since the YTD amount is $0 we need to override the PR297 so box 13 is blank. We have tried updating the HR11, Year-end tab Retirement Plan field to both blank and No but that is not working. Does anyone else have this issue and have a way to override PR297?
