Hello, I have run PR297 and PR299 and I am ready to print my W-2 forms. What is the process/job that loads them into MHC? Thanks!
The file channel should move the W2s to MHC and then they are processed there.
MHC has a separate website for W2s. You will need credentials to access it - the person who helped you with the SOW can assist. If you are on the MHC cloud, open a support ticket to get someone to help you move the files. If not, you can upload the files yourself. You will need to do a test file first.
Thank you! We are looking at that now.
Thanks! We are not on MCH Cloud, unfortunately.
Clarifications: Is your Lawson on-premise or Cloud?
When you say your have MHC, do you mean you have MHC Document Express (DE) or MHC Document Self-Service or MHC NorthtStar?
Do you have DE on premise, as a service with MHC or cloud?
----
Assuming MHC Document Express: DE should be setup to pull files from your Lawson system either via SFTP or file share. From there DE prints them or send to DSS (on-premise or MHC Cloud).
IF Lawson and DE are on the same platform (Linux/Linus or Windows/Windows) you can use a file share to import the files into DE.
If different platorms, SFTP is often used. DE should be setup to pull the files from a SFTP server on the Lawson machine.
If your Lawson is Cloud, the you'll need SFTP to move the files to your DE system.

It really depends on how what you have configured/licensed for.
Thanks! We have Lawson on-premise and we use MHC Document Express. That's helpful, thanks!
In document express (administration >edit account information >import routine “set up”) we have our import routine set to look at a shared network location, file extension csv. When I have the final run of the PR297, I can ftp my W2.csv to the shared location myself using ipswitch. When I am ready, I can import that file into document express. We are cloud customers and prior to moving to the cloud we had the same process.
