Greetings everyone,
I'm excited to be a part of this group. Wanting to hear what other large business users do using position numbers to organize staffing in a given department. I've seen both ways, where every FTE has its own position number, all assigned to a single department number; and alternatively, where there is a single position number with 10s, if not more than 100 FTE assigned to a single department.
Would greatly appreciate any thoughts and feedback.
