Coordination of Benefits

For this year's open enrollment, we will need to submit coordination of benefit information to our benefits provider - provider's name and whether the other coverage is primary or secondary, at a minimum. Does anyone track this information in Lawson, and if so, would you mind sharing where? Thank you!

    We do it with our open enrollment. We built a custome database to hold th info.

    We then made a copy of the dependent screen and modified it to have entry for other insurance info which includes other insurance name, other insuracne policy number, policy holder name and if primary or secondary. We also included spaces to capture nedicare part A and B info. We then just do a seperate extract of the data to pass along with the other OE info.
