I am looking to discuss reporting with anyone that is currently on or moving the cloud (SaaS). Just for clarification the reporting on-premises is not the same as it is in the SaaS.
We are going through our Code Enforcement (CDR / Rhythm) implementation now and are finding the reporting not as robust as we expected. There are limitations on what reporting can be done and how complicated of a report can be created. We have also found that there are different report writers depending on the type of reporting.
