We are going through our Code Enforcement (CDR / Rhythm) implementation now. We are finding that we are moving between tabs to enter case data – yes some of our cases are done on paper and manually entered. We would like to create custom page / grid that allows us to pick and choose what needs to be entered for this custom page. This would allow our users to navigate to this page enter the case and move on / get out of the system. We are currently limiting what is on each tab but still finding this to be cumbersome as the data on the ticket is not on the same tabs in IPS. Let me know if anyone has created a custom page or if this is possible where do we start.
