Has anyone experienced using a custom field, with state values, on a transaction form (termination, promotion, transfer) that has an effective date in the future and the value within the custom field does not write to the employee's record. To try and remedy the situation I added the custom field to the employee history set up and with using configuration console added the field on the EmployeeTransactionHistory business class. The value has never wrote to the record if the transactions had/has a future effective date.
I do not, however, experience this issue if the transaction's effective date is less than or equal to today.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there an effective dated table I am missing where I need to add my user fields to? Any help would be much appreciated.
