We are running LBI 9.0.4.2 and seem to have an issue with LBI dashboards not showing up on lawson portal and cannot log directly into LBI. The LBI services show that it is up and running as anticipated, but it is not functioning. We recycle LBI, which corrects the issue.
I am trying to figure out a way to monitor the LBI services, possibly through grabbing a phrase out of the SystemOut.log? Any ideas how we could better monitor our LBI services? Only way we know if there are issues is if someone calls it in, and says LBI is down on lawson portal.

There was a known issue with LBI 9.0.4.2 timing out after 30 minutes even if users were active in the Lawson Portal. I believe this was addressed with Fixpack 115.
If your version of LBI is above Fixpack 115, I would open a case with Infor Xtreme.
