Every week our benefits team has to search for benefit records that do not stop after the termination process completes. I'm curious if this is normal for any organization to have to tend to benefit records at this detail every single week after terminations in order to make sure the benefit records all stop. The biggest items on this list weekly are our LTD and STD benefits that we have future dated eligibility records created for all new hires. I'm curious to know if anyone else has similar processes you have to work every week with ISD to clean up these records manually.
