We are randomly getting the error message that we "must inquire before using add, change, delete" even though we did inquire before doing the entry. We have found that if we clear the screen and renter (sometime multiple times), we can get the entry to go through.
We've logged out of Lawson and back in but this hasn't resolved the issue.
Any suggestions on what may be causing this or how we can resolve it globally?
