Infor M3 - Restrict user to a Division

Hi,

Is there any way to restrict user to a Division so that he can view data only to that particular division?
Currently the user has access to only one Division in MNS151. But when he opens OIS150, he can see Invoices from all the Divisions. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you in Cloud Environnement or on Premise ?
In Cloud Enivronnement, depending your settings, the acess to accounting entities is managed in mingle.

I think that you could look into User groups and Object Access control

On-Prem. Through MNS151 we can mention the Division to which the user is authorized to use. It is working fine. But in certain programs like OIS150 the user still can see the data from other Division as well.
