when value changed lpl no longer working after Feb CU

Is anyone else having trouble with their forms that use  'when value changed' after the Feb CU?   we have been getting blanks now in fields within our JobApplication.Hire form that are prepopulated fields from the Define Offer form.    Before the Feb CU the dates would update and now we get blanks or zeros.   here is the example code we use below

            StartDate

                when value changed

                    AdjustedStartDate =  StartDate

                    FirstDateWorked =  StartDate

                    AnniversaryDate =  StartDate

                    SeniorityDate =  StartDate

                    EventDate =  StartDate

                    OtherDate3 =  StartDate

                    ContinuousEmploymentDate =  StartDate
