Hi everyone, we have over 20,000 learning objects in our current LMS, Cornerstone, that we need to load into Infor's L&D module. A big challenge is the character count constraints on L&D fields. In particular, checklist fields and development plan fields are particularly short. I am wondering how other folks may have tackled this. Unfortunately, many of our learning objects have similar names (CPS.Administration of Blood and Blood Products - RNs, CPS.Administration of Blood and Blood Products - Non-RN, for example) so we aren't able to simply grab the first 50 characters (which is the Development Plan character count on the display name).
