Do you use PR23 records for your employees? If so, do you do it by position code or by each employee? If you could also share your reasons for distributions, that would be helpful.

We use PR23.3 by Position. Certain administration type positions perform work for more than one accounting unit. Therefore, these positions' time/expense is charged to the appropriate accounting units using the ratios set up on PR23.3.
