Did you know you know about our Enhancement Request System?
You can submit requests for enhancements to HRSD products using Infor’s Enhancement Request System (ERS).
Use the ERS to request features, functionalities, and fixes to address your organization’s business needs.
About ERS
The Enhancement Request process gives us great input about our products from our customers.
When customers submit product enhancement requests, the Enhancement Request System tool collects, tracks, analyzes, and creates reports about the changes customers want most in future releases.
Infor Product Management reviews the topics in customers’ Enhancement Requests to determine long-term product development plans.
You can submit Enhancement Requests for the HRSD products and features to which you subscribe:
- Case Management
- Knowledgebase (including the Client Content Toolset (CCT))
- Mobile (mobile access to HRSD products)
- Offboarding
- Onboarding
- Total Rewards
- SaaS – HRSD Administration Services
Learning About the Enhancement Request System
Take the Enhancement Request System eLearning Course on Infor Campus.
Important Note:
The ERS is not to be used for business-critical requests; they should be submitted to Infor Support via an incident and reported to your usual Infor contact(s). Use Infor Concierge to access the Infor Support Portal (ISP).
Accessing the Enhancement Request System
If you have an ERS account:
1. Access the ERS system in Infor Concierge or use the Enhancement Request System link.
2. Log in by using your Infor Concierge/Infor Support Portal (ISP) account (email address) and password.
3. When using the Concierge route, on the Infor Concierge Welcome page, scroll down to the Welcome to Infor Concierge widget and click on Enhancements.

To expand the list’s horizontal view, in the top left, on the left-hand side of the word “Enhancements”, click on the icon which appears as three short horizontal lines.

Before Submitting an Enhancement Request (ER)
Searching the existing ERs is the first thing to do in order to avoid creating a duplicate.
Locating HRSD Product Enhancement Requests
1. On the Enhancement Request System home page, in the Product Line drop-down list, select HR Service Delivery – Enwisen.

Note:
If the HR Service Delivery – Enwisen selection does not appear in the Product Line drop-down list, click Load More repeatedly until the HR Service Delivery – Enwisen selection appears in the Product Line drop-down list. The number of Enhancement Request results will increase each time Load More is clicked.
If the HR Service Delivery – Enwisen selection still does not appear, you do not have access to this Product Line. Please submit an incident via the Infor Support Portal (ISP) to request access to it. Use Infor Concierge to access ISP.

2. To filter by product, after selecting HR Service Delivery – Enwisen selection in the Product Line drop-down list, use the Product drop-down list.

3. Review any existing ERs that pertain to the product and issue you wish to address.
Once you have identified an ER that interests you, in the left-hand column, click on its “ER ID” to open it. You can acknowledge, endorse, or reject the ER.

The Review Process
During the review process, Infor Product Management applies some of the following criteria:
- Enhancement describes generic requirements and not customer-specific ones
- Enhancement will align with the product strategy, in terms of industry depth and market to serve
- Enhancement will align with Infor technology strategy
- Enhancement is not available within the latest product release and no reasonable workaround exists to reach the same result
- Enhancement is supported by legal arguments
Note:
Standard software takes time to deliver. Thus, the ERS process should not be used to register defect reports (enter support incidents for them). The topics in ERS help us to determine long-term product development plans–so even for the greatest suggestions, they will not be implemented into the product in the short term.
