Vacation Hours Sell Back

We currently offer a medical waive plan that pays money back to employees that don't elect medical coverage. We have this plan attached to a flex plan and employees receive dollars back. We now want to implement a vacation sell back plan where employees choose how many hours they want to sell. Since this plan also pays money back, do I have to set both the waive and vacation sell back plans under the same flex plan? They don't have the same flex periods so wanted to set it up under two flex plans but Lawson won't allow multiple flex plans within the same time period. Any suggestions?
