Just wondering if anyone else has come this as it is very unusual?
We have a customer who has 3 leavers in Period 12 of 2022/23 - all setup for email payslips.
2 of the employees come through into the P45 Employee Selection grid but the 3rd one doesn't
The employee who doesn't come through has had their payslip and P60 emailed with no issue and when we try to just select that one employee we then get
'Your selection does not contain any employees configured to receive their P45s by e-mail'?????
I've compared the WNAME and WCONTACTS tables for the 3 employees (2 that work and the 1 that doesn't) and cannot see anything untoward.
So just reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
