We are a healthcare system of approximately 7000 employees and are on Lawson 10 cloud, using HR/Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain. Our current staffing and scheduling software is Clairvia, but we are in the middle of an RFP. Our top two choices are AMN (Smart Square) and symplr. Is there anyone else who uses either of these solutions? We use API for Time & Attendance, but have never used their staffing and scheduling--and we do not have an interface between API and Clairvia. Epic is our EMR. Looking for users of either AMN (Smart Square) or symplr who can give their opinion on likes and dislikes, implementation, customer service, ease of use for end users--both managers and staff...whatever you are willing to share.
