Hello, hoping others can share what you do to prepare your test productlines with data for testing CTP's, tax bulletins, new processes, etc.
- Does your DBA restore a complete snapshot of current production data to your test productline so you have an exact snapshot of all setup and employees?
- Or are you able to bring over all setup and somehow load only "test" employees into the database?
- If this is the case, what steps do you take to secure your test data just like your production data?
- Do you use a tool to modify names to false names, false SSN's, false bank accounts, etc?
