Please endorse ER-98894

With a previous CU, additional tabs are required to tab through just one field. For example, once something is entered into a field and you tab, it takes you to the hourglass/search button within the field. The next tab takes you to the three dots next to the field (define/history). The next tab takes you to the description of the item entered in the field. So, for data entry, every field entry requires at least four tabs to get to the next entry field. This creates undo wasted effort. The work around is to mouse-click in each field which is also time consuming especially for data entry personnel.
We've submitted an ER to remove these additional tab steps.

Have you tried disabling Accessibility Mode is user settings?

We had an ER for this very issue a year or so ago where it was fixed, but we noticed it's come back again. I endorse!!

I don't seem to have those options in my Infor User settings

Do you see a settings button in the lower left corner of the left sidebar menu?

I endorse!

As @andrew-tarver mentioned, turning Accessibility Mode OFF should give some relief to tabbing. I would like to know if that is not true.

I was able to test it and it did relieve that issue and for other users who have issues with the contrast, they said it seemed to be easier to see as well.
Thank you all for your help! For @Marie Merte and @Dcrossno, i encourage you to try this setting change. It is the three dots on the upper left-hand corner and then select settings. Turn off the accessibility toggle and try it.

Hi Andy, thank you for this information. I was able to complete the steps with success. I'm unable to find a document to learn more about the User Settings and the impact they have. Is the Accessibility Mode only assisting with the multiple clicks when tabbing from field to field? Are any of the User Settings able to be set globally? Thank you

Not all heroes wear capes... unless you do, in which case,
. Thank you for this! Our team will be delighted when I pass along the information.

I haven't seen any documentation about the Users Settings, just release notes when changes are made.
However, I think I remember seeing something about being able to set global defaults in the new OS Portal. I think it pertained more to theme color and icon size, but might apply to all the settings. I'd keep an eye out for that when your tenant gets provisioned for the new OS Portal. I believe it's being rolled out now and in the coming weeks.0 -
Thanks, Andy. We are one of the early adopters for OS Portal, so I made the same user setting changed and it worked the same way! Great news! Thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
