Left Justify all text and labels on a list

I want to configure the XiWorkAssignmentPayRatesEmployee list so that the Column Labels and Column Contents are all left justified (or maybe centered).

Specifically I am viewing the list from XiEmployeePayForm however the list itself is where i believe the edit would be made.

While reviewing the page from employee view we noticed that each field seems to have its own justification but it is not indicated on the list that I can find.  I see that the $$ values are right justified (possibly this is a system default) but can i override this on the list?

You could try:
 
Display Fields
      MyColumnX
          left align
      MyColumnY
          center
      MyColumnZ
          right align

Typically alignment is based on the fields datatype and I'm not sure how much for FormField's FIeldStyle is honored on a List:

FieldStyle ::= ( header(1|2|3|4|5)

              | (left align | center | right align)           // left align is default

              | (top align  | middle | bottom align)                                   // top align is default

              | bold

              | italics

              | color of <Color>
